
Simon TemperleyPresident
Simon serves as President of Usmp. With a business savvy for growing client relationships, he has cultivated growth by servicing a single client and a team of three as Vice President of Business Development for TMA to twenty blue-chip clients and 1,200 staff in 3 years as President of Usmp.
Prior to joining The Marketing Arm in 2001 to start up its event arm from its Dallas headquarters, Simon spent seven years at Streetball Partners and Host Communications, a sports and lifestyle event production company, serving as Vice President of Business Development. He oversaw 17 clients and more than 200 events for Streetball’s managed events division.
With his vast knowledge and experience in a variety of event-related marketing platforms, he has helped build a company that continues to specialize in delivering business results for clients using measurement and ROI models.
Simon came to the U.S. to play Div 1 soccer for Hartwick College in Oneonta, N.Y., and is still dreaming of an England World Cup win in his lifetime.

Bill GlennSenior Vice President & Managing Director
Bill Glenn is the senior vice president and managing director of Usmp's Dallas office where he oversees the agency's client service, strategic direction and business development efforts. He was promoted to his current position in January 2009.
Glenn, who joined The Marketing Arm in 2004 to build the agency's Insights and Analytics (I&A) function, brings more than 20 years of sales, traditional, and non-traditional marketing experience to the agency. As The Marketing Arm's Chief Insights Officer, he spearheaded the I&A function, optimizing research, analytical tools, and proprietary metrics to validate and track key trends and statistics which help determine a client's return on program investment.
In 2006, he worked with Davie Brown Talent President Jeff Chown to create the Davie Brown Index (DBI) which evaluates celebrity marketing potential.

Prior to The Marketing Arm, Glenn served as a consultant to Cingular Wireless in leading the brand's national sports and entertainment sponsorship group. Before that, he spent six years with Verizon Communications in various director roles related to sponsorship and event marketing, including development of national and regional sponsorship strategy, integrated sports and entertainment programs, promotions, product placement, media merchandising, trade shows and sponsorship return on investment models.
An expert on sponsorship and event marketing strategy, Glenn's broad base of experience includes national and regional programs associated with entities such as the NCAA, PGA, MLB, NBA and NHL. He developed GTE's first national sports promotions, one of which won PROMO magazine's Gold Dialog Award for Best Phonecard Promotion.
Prior to these roles, Glenn served more than 10 years in business-to-business sales and sales management for wireline and wireless organizations of GTE. He began his career as a marketing associate in GTE's management development program.
Glenn, who serves as an adjunct professor of sponsorship marketing for the University of Dallas, is frequently quoted in industry and business publications, including Adweek, Washington Post, Sports Business Daily, Sports Business Journal, The Dallas Morning News, New York Post, CNNMoney.com, Dallas Business Journal and the IEG Sponsorship Report. He has also appeared multiple times as a subject matter expert on CNBC and Bloomberg television.
Glenn earned a bachelor's degree in journalism/advertising and a MBA in marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Andrea YoungSenior Vice President, Influencer Marketing
Andrea Young is senior vice president of influencer marketing for Usmp.
She joined Usmp in 2008 from Omnicom’s National In-Store Marketing (NIS) where she served as senior vice president of sales for the agency’s western division. Prior to joining NIS in 2005, Andrea served in a number of management positions for Usmp, including managing director, chief operating officer, and vice president of operations.
She is a graduate of Rice University where she was a member of the Owls basketball team.
